Plant Sale Committee
The Plant Sale is held by the Friends of Durham County Extension Master Gardeners to raise funds for the Durham Extension Master Gardener (EMG) program while providing educational opportunities to both the public and EMGs, and volunteer opportunities for EMGs.
The Plant Festival was started in 2023 to bring together community partners, cooperative extension affiliates, and EMG volunteer gardening experts, as a way to share a wealth of knowledge and experience while highlighting plants in the upcoming sale.
